Privacy

This page is about the jspark.app website. The JSpark app has its own privacy policy, which comes with the app’s launch in October.

In short

  • No cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no ads.
  • The site doesn’t ask for your name or email address.
  • Everything the site loads comes from jspark.app. No other company is asked for anything.

Who runs this site

Ananda Rizki, an individual based in Indonesia, who makes JSpark. For anything about your privacy, write to support@jspark.app.

What is stored in your browser

Nothing. The site sets no cookies. The only exception is the /previews pages, which I use to build the site: they remember the look you pick there in your browser’s local storage. That choice never leaves your browser.

What the server sees

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. When your browser asks for a page, Cloudflare receives what every web server receives: your IP address, the address of the page and your browser’s name and version. Cloudflare uses this to send you the page and to protect the site from attacks, and may keep it in its logs for a short time.

I don’t add analytics or logging of my own. Cloudflare’s dashboard shows me totals, such as how many requests the site served, not who made them.

If you email me

When you write to an address at jspark.app, I receive your email address and your message, and I keep them so I can answer you. Mail to jspark.app is handled by Apple iCloud. I don’t add you to any mailing list.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Write to support@jspark.app. Apart from email you sent, the site holds nothing about you.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom: the GDPR gives you these rights, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Cloudflare’s logs are kept for a legitimate interest, keeping the site running and safe. Email is kept to answer your question.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the site ever starts to collect more than this, this page will say so before it does.
