Keep the Snippets worth keeping.
Save a Snippet with a title, notes and Tags, and find it again by any word in it. Saving and editing need JSpark+. What you saved stays readable in JSpark, and you can search, open, copy and export it.
Save a Snippet JSpark+
Click the bookmark, give it a title, notes and Tags, and save. Change a Saved Snippet in the Library later; saving again makes a second copy.
Find it by any word
Search matches the title, notes, Tags and code, and marks each match.
Due date in 30 days
addDays, then format
Use it again
Open a copy in a new tab, copy its code, or insert it at the cursor.
Group by key
Turn a list into an object of lists
Export, always
Export Library… saves every Saved Snippet to one .json file, in both editions.
Due date in 30 days
addDays, then format
Move to a new Mac JSpark+
On the new Mac, Import Library… adds what the Library doesn’t have yet, and changes nothing already there.
Nothing here yet. Anything worth coming back to can be kept from the editor’s bookmark button, started here, or imported from a Library you exported.
Good to know
- A copy, not a link
- Changing a Snippet in a tab never changes the Saved Snippet.
- On your Mac only
- There is no sync. Export is the backup.
- After JSpark+ ends
- If a Yearly key lapses, every Saved Snippet stays readable, searchable and exportable.
- It opens as it was saved
- A Saved Snippet keeps its Kind, Language and Load Mode.
Keep the Snippets worth keeping, and find them again.
Not a trial: it doesn’t expire.
Windows: coming later
